WorkStride helps you follow personalised exercise programs. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details (name, email, country, occupation), health and fitness information you provide (health screening answers, assessments, pain and wellness logs, body measurements), program activity, questions to coaches, and photos or videos you choose to upload.

How we use it

To create and adjust your exercise program, show your progress, let your assigned coach support you, and send you service emails. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only you and authorised WorkStride coaches/administrators. Session photos remain private. Challenge videos are only shared after your consent.

Storage and security

Data is stored with encrypted connections and access controls on secure cloud infrastructure.

Your rights

You can view and update your information in the app, and delete your account and all related data at any time from your Profile page ("Delete account").
