By creating an account or using WorkStride you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

WorkStride provides exercise programs, wellness tracking and coach support. Use it only for lawful, personal purposes and keep your login details safe.

Health and safety

Exercise carries risk. Complete the health screening honestly, consult a doctor where advised, and stop any exercise that causes pain. WorkStride is not medical advice.

Your content

You remain the owner of photos, videos and messages you upload. You give WorkStride permission to store and show them as needed to provide the service. Do not upload content that is offensive or that you are not allowed to share.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Deletion removes your data permanently.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, WorkStride is not liable for injuries or losses arising from use of the app.
